N\u00ebse po sa mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrllogaritet kjo r\u00ebnie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00ebnia \u00ebsht\u00eb drastike, tregu i apartamenteve me qira \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse zero dhe akoma m\u00eb keq niveli i shitjeve, sepse kemi pasur transaksione n\u00eb faz\u00eb realizimi dhe si p\u00ebrfundim nuk jan\u00eb realizuar. Kjo ndodhi si rezultat i pasiguris\u00eb ekonomike t\u00eb krijuar, sepse bizneset po p\u00ebrballen me humbje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Dhe kjo situat\u00eb nuk i dihet sa do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb me kufizime, por edhe kur t\u00eb ikin kufizimet, kjo pandemi i la pasojat e saj, sepse tregu do t\u00eb doj\u00eb koh\u00eb ta marri veten dhe deri at\u00ebher\u00eb do kemi shum\u00eb zyra imobiliare q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbyllen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sa t\u00eb leht\u00eb e keni t\u00eb l\u00ebvizni p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn tuaj?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faktikisht nuk e kemi t\u00eb leht\u00eb aspak, sepse puna jon\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zyre, puna jon\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb terren p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar apo marr\u00eb prona p\u00ebr t\u2019i menaxhuar n\u00eb shitje-qira, si dhe inspektime pronash p\u00ebr procesin e rivler\u00ebsimit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb aktiv momentalisht.
