Ky vendim i njoftuar nga qeveria, mir\u00ebpritet nga ekspert\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa ulja e referenc\u00ebs me 1% p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit vjet\u00ebrsie p\u00ebr banesat, ekspert\u00ebt thon\u00eb se do shtoj\u00eb shitjet e pronave t\u00eb vjetra.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha apartamentet q\u00eb shiten sot n\u00eb qytetin e Durr\u00ebsit, qofshin n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e par\u00eb n\u00eb bregdet apo n\u00eb periferi kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin \u00e7mim reference rreth 660 euro metri katror. Po k\u00ebshtu edhe n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebrllogaritet n\u00eb 620 euro apo n\u00eb Orikum me 600 euro metri, ndryshe nga sa ndodh n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, q\u00eb referencat ndryshojn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb zon\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe p\u00ebr bregdetin, referenca pritet t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb af\u00ebrsin\u00eb me bregdetin, dhe \u00e7mimet reale t\u00eb tregut. Nga qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar se \u00ebsht\u00eb gati udh\u00ebzimi i ri q\u00eb do t\u00eb caktoj\u00eb referencat e reja p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror t\u00eb apartamenteve n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb bregdetit, kryesisht<br \/>\n\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e mir\u00eb si nism\u00eb. Pra edhe tek ai pallat ka diferencim n\u00eb \u00e7mim, jo m\u00eb nga zona n\u00eb zon\u00eb. Referencat aktuale jan\u00eb pak ose shum\u00eb abuzive. E th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb ndryshe, n\u00ebse n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Ali Demit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, \u00e7mimi referenc\u00eb p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror i caktuar me vendim t\u00eb 2023 arriti n\u00eb 1000 euro do t\u00eb jet\u00eb 24% m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt kur \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim i vitit 2000 ose rreth 240 euro m\u00eb pak. Ose p\u00ebr nj\u00eb banes\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb vitin 2014 do jet\u00eb 100 euro m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt \u00e7mimi i referenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemi prona n\u00eb bllok q\u00eb shiten n\u00ebn \u00e7mimin e referenc\u00ebs por q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar ta deklarojn\u00eb sa \u00e7mimi i referenc\u00ebs, dhe t\u00eb tatohen. Kjo nism\u00eb do t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb pozitivisht pasi do t\u00eb rris\u00eb numrin e pronave t\u00eb vjetra t\u00eb shitura.
