Sipas udh\u00ebzimit, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesat e vjetra, \u00e7mimi i referenc\u00ebs do t\u00eb zbritet me 1% p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit vjet\u00ebrsi, nj\u00eb zbritje kjo q\u00eb ndalet n\u00eb 30%.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr ekspertin e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme Ervin Demirxhiu ky udh\u00ebzim \u00ebsht\u00eb i mir\u00eb pasi ndihmon n\u00eb procesin e shtijes s\u00eb pronave t\u00eb vjetra.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb studion e emisionit MCN Economy, Demirxhiu tha se ulja deri n\u00eb 30% \u00ebsht\u00eb goxha ndihm\u00eb pasi ulet barra fiskale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb udh\u00ebzim q\u00eb u paralajm\u00ebrua nga ministri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dhjetorit. \u00cbsht\u00eb udh\u00ebzim shum\u00eb i mir\u00eb q\u00eb ndihmon n\u00eb pronat e vjetra, ndihmon shum\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e shitjes s\u00eb pronave t\u00eb vjetra. Pronat e vjetra, jan\u00eb prona t\u00eb mbingarkuara me tatime dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb me 1% p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit vjet\u00ebrsie i ndihmon goxha p\u00ebr shithe, pasi ulet barra e madhe fiskale p\u00ebr to.<\/p>\n<p>Ndikon n\u00eb treg se jan\u00eb prona q\u00eb shiten n\u00ebn \u00e7mimin e referenc\u00ebs, por duke qen\u00eb se tatimi \u00ebsht\u00eb aq sa \u00ebsht\u00eb, realisht b\u00ebhen t\u00eb pashitshme. Jan\u00eb prona t\u00eb amortizuara, t\u00eb vjetra dhe \u00e7mimi real i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn \u00e7mimin e referenc\u00ebs, por ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara t\u00eb tatohen me \u00e7mimin e referenc\u00ebs. Ulja deri n\u00eb 30% \u00ebsht\u00eb goxha ndihm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7mime do t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb pozitivisht.
