Tatimi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast zbret n\u00eb 5%, dhe qytetari paguan 2,500 euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMund t\u00eb negociohet shum\u00eb mir\u00eb mes nj\u00eb shit\u00ebsi dhe nj\u00eb bler\u00ebsi\u201d, thot\u00eb Demirxhiu.<\/p>\n<p>A mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb kjo ulje n\u00eb \u00e7mim? Eksperti thot\u00eb se ka pak shanse ta reflektoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rivler\u00ebsim, nga amortizimi i pron\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit p\u00ebrdorimi, dhe nga vlera e rivler\u00ebsuar do t\u00eb ulet 1% p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit vjet\u00ebrsie, por jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 30%.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKa qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e duan amortizimin. Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shitje, mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord me \u00e7mimin e referenc\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb me amortizim e ul dhe n\u00eb momentin q\u00eb qytetari shet pron\u00ebn i del s\u00ebrish p\u00ebr t&#8217;u paguar fatur\u00eb q\u00eb del me 15%, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi\u201d, thot\u00eb eksperti.<\/p>\n<p>Rivler\u00ebsimi b\u00ebhet me dy alternativa. Kur nj\u00eb individ zgjedh q\u00eb rivler\u00ebsimin ta b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb Agjencin\u00eb Shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Kadastr\u00ebs, vlera e pron\u00ebs s\u00eb tij i afrohet me \u00e7mimet minimale fiskale q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi. Tarifat p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim n\u00eb kadast\u00ebr nisin nga 3.500 deri n\u00eb 10 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb vler\u00ebs q\u00eb pron\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa kur rivler\u00ebsimi b\u00ebhet me ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb licencuar, vlera e pron\u00ebs mund t\u00eb dal\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, dhe tarifa p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimin caktohet nga vet\u00eb vler\u00ebsuesi i pasuris\u00eb, dhe arrin deri n\u00eb 200 euro. N\u00ebse nj\u00eb pron\u00eb shitet n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen me \u00e7mimin e rivler\u00ebsimit, nuk paguhet m\u00eb tatim.
