Tregu i pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme, sidomos n\u00eb pes\u00eb vitet e fundit, ka p\u00ebsuar rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme dhe norma 5% ishte e pritshme, duke par\u00eb diferenc\u00ebn mes \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme dhe atyre aktuale.<\/p>\n<p>Ai theksoi se qytetar\u00ebt duhet ta shohin rivler\u00ebsimin si nj\u00eb investim afatgjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse sot paguan 5%, pas nj\u00eb viti mund t\u00eb paguash 15%. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb pron\u00eb me vler\u00eb 100 mij\u00eb euro, diferenca mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 15 mij\u00eb euro n\u00ebse nuk rivler\u00ebsohet.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, ai ngriti shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr problematika n\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n<p>Institucionet reagojn\u00eb shpejt, por shpesh me gabime.
